Cancellation and Refund - Gkart Accessories

At Gkart Accessories, Cancellation of orders is possible only before the order is Invoiced for shipment. Once an order is Invoiced and Packed, it cannot be cancelled.
No cancellations can be accepted for those products that have been ordered on special occasions. (These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.)
There shall be no cancellation of orders placed under the same day delivery category.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
To cancel your order, please contact us at [support@gkartaccessories.in] or call our customer support team.
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery.

Refund Policy

We process refunds in the following situations:

Order Cancellation (before shipping):
- If you cancel your order within 24 hours and before it is shipped, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Defective or Damaged Product:
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inform us within 7 days of delivery.
- We may request photos or videos of the product to verify the issue.
- Once approved, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund.
Product Not Delivered:
- If your order does not reach you due to issues from our side (lost shipment, non-availability of stock, etc.), you will be eligible for a full refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper use.
Products without original packaging, accessories, or invoice.
Customized or special-order products that cannot be resold.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).
