Missing / Wrong Product Claims
Any claim related to missing items or wrong products must be supported with a proper unboxing video.
The unboxing video must be recorded at the time of first opening the package
The video should clearly show:
The sealed package
Opening of the box
Complete unboxing of all items received
⚠️ Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
How to Raise a Claim
Please email us within 3 days of delivery with the following mandatory details:
Clear images of all sides of the packaging box, including the shipping label
Clear images of the wrong or missing product received
Unboxing video (mandatory)
Failure to provide the above information within 3 days will result in rejection of the claim.
Refund / Replacement Process
Once we receive all required details, our team will investigate the issue
Refund or replacement will be initiated only after successful verification
The decision of refund or replacement will be at our sole discretion
Important Notes
Claims raised after 3 days of delivery will not be entertained
Unboxing video is compulsory for all missing or wrong product claims
